Copy with caution/no spam

 

With copy and paste it is insanely helpful but be careful what you copy. When copying from sites it may end up with the URL from the site it’s from, and a load of things that you don’t need on the page and it’s an absolute pain. When on a server for a game or a public chat don’t spam. Spam is saying or doing exactly the same thing over and over again. It’s no fun for anyone else in the server.

 

Avoid sarcasm/intensifiers

 

Yes, sarcasm is very funny but sometimes it’s taken the wrong way. Online when you use sarcasm people may take it the wrong way and maybe even take it as an insult. If it’s with a friend it’s ok since they’re your friend and they’ll understand. Intensifiers are how you type, SUCH AS IF I WERE TO TALK LIKE THIS on the internet i would be yelling and sometimes you don’t want that. So be careful how you talk on the internet.

 

Respect/appropriate language

When on the internet people have boundaries of what you are allowed to know about them. In some cases it’s ok when it’s just like a simple chat or gender but age and where you live are not. On some servers it’s isn’t ok just to say the f word or something racist make sure it is ok for all ages. It makes it easier for everyone to have a good time on the internet
